Service
Here at Contain-It we provide our customers with the best service possible. By requesting a quote through our website we will get back to you within 24 hours with a storage package tailored specifically to your needs. On site, our staff are on hand to help you move in and out of your storage unit, as well as assist you with any other questions or concerns you may have.
Drive Up Access
Our brand-new container site gives the storer 100% drive up access to their allotment. One of few sites in the UK to offer this feature, we allow our customers to unload their goods efficiently and conveniently. Trailers and larger vehicles are also permitted on site, making it the perfect fit for all of your storage requirements.
Moving In
Moving into one of our containers is easy. Once we have reached an agreement on a container size, the first months rent will be paid in advance by card. Afterwards, a direct debit mandate will be emailed to the customer which will be filled out and returned, thus taking care of ensuing payments. You will be issued a code for the entry gate on move in day.
Flexibility
At Contain-It, we are well aware that our customers storage needs can change at any moment, meaning a move out or a change of storage space is required. We do not ask our customers to sign a contract obligating them to a unit for set period of time. Our range of storage space makes it easy for customers to up or downgrade their storage unit, our on-site staff will be on hand to assist with any such request.
Security
Our brand new site is fitted with a state of the art HD-CCTV system that records 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you move into your storage unit, you will be assigned a personalised pin-code for our electronic entry system, allowing vehicle access to every unit. In addition, we have high perimeter fencing surrounding the facility as well as a sensitive alarm system, operational at all times. All security measures are in place to ensure the peace of mind of our customers.
